THE FUTURE STARTS HERE
ACME Lithium has one of the best portfolios of North American projects in areas known for lithium production, development, and exploration. Two are found in a highly prospective region for lithium production in Clayton Valley and Fish Lake Valley, Esmeralda County, Nevada, USA, and another two are in the pegmatite fields of the Bird River Greenstone Belt in southeastern Manitoba, Canada. Those claims translate to lithium mining and extraction in a growing market that is set to dominate in the coming years.
The building blocks for the future are our focus today.

HOW IT'S USED
Lithium powers rechargeable batteries in electronics including cell phones, laptops, cameras, tools, and most notably, electric vehicles (EVs).
Where it comes from
Lithium is found in rocks and clays as well as brine that is taken from underground pools and then extracted.
Why it matters
EV sales increase every year and consumers can expect to see prices drop as the market grows. And the star in EV production? Lithium, of course.

BUILDING THE FUTURE, TOGETHER
ACME Lithium is poised to take on this rapid growth in a changing world with multiple projects in North America.
In Nevada, we have acquired, or are under option to acquire a combined 100% interest in 119 claims totaling approximately 2,230 acres at our lithium brine project in Clayton Valley. To the east is Fish Lake Valley, our sedimentary clay project with 207 mining claims held totaling approximately 4,139 acres. ACME has entered into an earn-in and option agreement with Eagle Battery Metals Corp. to acquire 100% interest in the Fish Lake Valley project. Both projects are located in a region that has hosted continuous lithium mineral production since 1966 and recent findings at Clayton Valley estimate an inferred lithium carbonate equivalent resource of approximately 302,900 metric tons.
The Bird River Greenstone Belt in southeastern Manitoba is a region that hosts hundreds of individual pegmatite bodies and one of the only operating lithium mines in Canada. Our projects in the region consist of 31 claims, totaling approximately 14,079 acres at Shatford and Birse Lake in the southern limb of the Bird River Greenstone Belt, and 6 claims totaling approximately 2,930 acres in the Cat-Euclid Lake shear zone. ACME has granted Snow Lake Lithium (NASDAQ: LITM) the option to earn up to a 90% interest in 37 mineral claims at Shatford, Birse, and Cat-Euclid Lake.

AN OPPORTUNITY THAT’S IMPOSSIBLE TO IGNORE
Just a few countries dominate lithium production, but reserves are found around the world. In the U.S. and Canada, both governments are actively focused on building a domestic lithium supply chain with North American automakers to produce electric vehicles.
