BUILDING BLOCKS OF THE FUTURE

ABOUT ACME LITHIUM

ACME Lithium is a mineral exploration company focused on acquiring, exploring and developing battery metal projects in partnership with leading technology and commodity companies.

Recent findings at ACME’s Clayton Valley lithium brine project estimate an inferred lithium carbonate equivalent resource of approximately 302,900 metric tons. At Clayton Valley, ACME has acquired and is under option to acquire a combined 100% interest in 119 claims totaling approximately 2,230 acres adjacent to the only current lithium production in the United States.

ACME’s Fish Lake Valley project (FLV) is the second project located in Esmeralda County, just to the west of Clayton Valley across the foothills. FLV is a sedimentary clay project with 207 mining claims held totaling approximately 4,139 acres that is drill ready after a multi-phase exploration program. ACME has entered into an earn- in and option agreement with Eagle Battery Metals Corp. to acquire 100% interest in the project.

ACME also holds 100% interest in 37 mineral claims totaling approximately 17,000 acres (70 square km) in the pegmatite fields of the Bird River Greenstone Belt in southeastern Manitoba, Canada near the world class Tanco Mine. ACME has granted Snow Lake Lithium (NASDAQ: LITM) the option to earn up to a 90% interest in 37 mineral claims at Shatford, Birse, and Cat-Euclid Lake.

Backed by strategic investors and led by an experienced management team who have successfully built and financed resource companies around the world, and with multiple projects located across North America, the building blocks of the future are our focus today.

THE EPICENTER
OF LITHIUM IN AMERICA

ACME Lithium has acquired and is under option to acquire a combined 100% interest in 119 claims totaling approximately 2,230 acres in Clayton Valley in Esmeralda County, Nevada, USA. ACME also holds a 100% interest in 207 mining claims totaling approximately 4,139 acres in neighboring Fish Lake Valley which is also in Esmeralda County, Nevada. ACME has entered into an earn-in and option agreement with Eagle Battery Metals Corp. to acquire 100% interest in the Fish Lake Valley project.

Clayton Valley is an area historically known as the center of Nevada lithium production from brines within Tertiary age sediments in the basin. ACME’s Clayton Valley project neighbors the Silver Peak lithium mine owned and operated by one of the largest lithium producers in the world, Albemarle Corporation (NYSE: ALB). Our Clayton Valley project borders the mine directly to the south and the Fish Lake Valley project is 24 miles northwest. Silver Peak is the only current lithium production in the U.S. where lithium has been continuously produced from brines since 1966.

ACME’s Fish Lake Valley project neighbors Ioneer Corporation’s (ASX:INR) Rhyolite Ridge, a world class lithium clay project that is set to go forward with construction in 2024. Ioneer recently entered agreements with Ford Motor Co, Toyota Motor Corp, and Panasonic Corp to supply lithium for EV battery production in the United States, and the Department of Energy has issued a conditional commitment for a loan of up to US$700 million to finance the construction of the Rhyolite Ridge project.

All of this shows great promise for the future and our project claims. We’re in the right place to power the energy revolution in a growing market that is set to dominate in the coming years.

AN EMERGING OPPORTUNITY

ACME holds 100% interest in 37 mineral claims totaling approximately 17,000 acres (70 square km) in the Bird River Greenstone Belt in southeastern Manitoba, Canada.

The project claims are comprised of 31 claims, totaling approximately 14,079 acres at Shatford and Birse Lake in the southern limb of the Bird River Greenstone Belt, and 6 claims totaling approximately 2,930 acres in the Cat-Euclid Lake shear zone. The region hosts hundreds of individual pegmatite bodies, many of which are classified as complex rare-element Lithium-Cesium-Tantalum (LCT) pegmatites – known to account for a quarter of the world’s lithium production.

Our Manitoba projects neighbor Tanco Mine, purchased by Sinomine Corporation in 2019. Pegmatite ore body was discovered in the late 1920s and Tanco Mine has been mining there since 1929.

ACME has granted Snow Lake Lithium the option to earn up to a 90% interest in 37 mineral claims totaling approximately 17,000 acres (70 square km) over a two-year period for its project claims at Shatford, Birse, and Cat-Euclid Lake.
