PINNACLE OF THE POWER REVOLUTION

THE FISH LAKE
VALLEY CLAIMS

Welcome to Esmeralda County, Nevada, the epicenter of lithium exploration and development in the United States. Our project, the Fish Lake Valley (FLV) claims, is in a lithium-rich region: the right place to power the energy revolution.

ACME Lithium has entered into an option agreement with Eagle Battery Metals Corp. (“EBM”), pursuant to which ACME will grant EBM the sole exclusive option to acquire the 100% undivided interest (subject to a retained royalty) in the mineral claims held by ACME at its Fish Lake Valley lithium project, located in Esmerelda County, Nevada.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

  • Nevada is the best mining jurisdiction in America with neighboring world class lithium projects in the region
  • Access to expertise, infrastructure, rail and roads, power and water
  • Excellent weather and all year access and logistics
  • Tesla’s Gigafactory is 190 miles, or a 3.5 hour drive, northwest
  • Las Vegas is less than 200 miles southeast

A RICH HISTORY AND PROMISING FUTURE

Exploration on the property shows great potential.

UP TO 1418 PPM Suface Lithium Values

Reported in March 2023 as the highest found to date on the property based on recent geological field review and sampling program which also confirms historical and new lithium occurrences.

Lithium Within SEDIMENTARY Horizons

Which can potentially be recovered under reasonable metallurgical conditions. Anomalous lithium values based on property exploration since 2010 and fine sediments the same age as Clayton Valley occur on the property with some beds enriched in lithium.

BILLION-DOLLAR PROJECT TO THE EAST

Ioneer’s Rhyolite Ridge Lithium-Boron Project neighbors the FLV project claims to the east where the company has entered agreements with Ford Motor Co, Toyota Motor Corp, and Panasonic Corp to supply lithium for EV battery production in the United States. The Department of Energy recently issued a conditional commitment for a loan of up to US$700 million to finance the construction of the Rhyolite Ridge project and it is set to go forward with construction in 2024.

FIELD REVIEW AND SAMPLING AT FISH LAKE VALLEY

Phase 1 and 2 Field Reviews And Sampling indicate a mineral process was active during deposition of the underlying sediments. Geophysics analysis and reporting are intended to assist with drill hole targeting and access routes for potential drill sites.

PHASE 2 GEOLOGICAL FIELD WORK

Launched in Q4 2022 with a focus on traverses along a major drainage area where higher lithium values occurred. Findings show certain beds are enriched in lithium.

PHASE 2 SAMPLING

Launched in February 2023 utilizing Asterra’s satellite-based technology. Discovered the highest surface value to date at 1418 ppm and numerous new occurrences of lithium values over 1200 ppm as well as boron anomalies up to 1964 ppm occurring and adjacent to surface lithium anomalies. Focus has been on traverses along a major drainage area where higher lithium values occurred and findings show certain beds are enriched in lithium.

GEOPHYSICS AND NEXT STEPS AT FISH LAKE VALLEY

Findings indicate the project is drill-ready and drilling has been recommended to determine the relationship between the different interpreted concentrations of clay sediments and the presence of lithium.

    key FINDINGS

    • Hybrid-Source Audio-Magnetotellurics (HSAMT) surveys completed on the property in November 2022
    • A basin fault is evident near the southwestern end of the profile, with modeled depths to Paleozoic bedrock ranging from about 1.3 km to 1.9 km
    • Moderate to low concentration clay sediments are interpreted to be present at the surface near the southwestern basin fault that deepen to about 300 meters and extend beyond a depth of one km over about 80% of the profile
    • Higher concentration clay sediments are interpreted over about 700 meters with depths ranging from about 500 to 750 meters
    Geophysics

    GEOLOGY

    • Rhyolite-basalt volcanism occurred 15 – 20 million years ago which grade laterally into widespread sedimentary rocks
    • This volcanic event blanketed an area thousands of square miles where ACME’s Fish Lake project is centered
    • Lithium in volcanics is concentrated in the last volcanic event which typically is the rhyolitic phase
    • The significance is that where there are rhyolites in volume, there is the potential for significant lithium resources in volume

    SATELLITE-BASED TECHNOLOGY

As of January 2023, ACME signed a teaming agreement with ASTERRA to utilize their groundbreaking Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR).

      • The SAR uses data analytics, patented algorithms and AI to identify lithium specific targets
      • This pilot project resulted in our highest lithium values to date and produced approximately double the likely locations of lithium above 100 ppm over traditional methods of geochemistry exploration
      • This project could potentially give ACME a way to find targeted locations of lithium while reducing exploration time and costs
